Our annual boiler service includes:

* Safe operation check of the gas appliance, including flue gas analysis
* Flue system inspection
* Controller operation check
* Cleaning of magnetic filter and condensate trap
Price: £95 per unit
Comprehensive boiler service
Our comprehensive boiler service includes a full strip-down and the following:
* Gas supply tightness test
* Safe operation check of the gas appliance, including flue gas analysis
* Flue system inspection
* Controller operation check
* Cleaning of magnetic filter and condensate trap
* Main Heater exchanger cleaning
* Full boiler strip-down and internal component inspection
Parts such as the burner seal est are not included in that price.
