Plamen has been an absolutely top-class professional throughout. He replaced the blown thermostats in our immersion heater and also went out of his way to find ones that were reasonably priced (several were excessively priced). Here he really went above and beyond, which took him many hours of driving to find and then return and finish the job! He also helped me balance the pressure in our underfloor heating and provided some really helpful advice and tips with other aspects of the heating system, again demonstrating his deep knowledge and expertise. Plamen came today at very short notice. I found his details in checkatrade. My kitchen was flooded with water due to blocked kitchen sink. He said he could be at my place after finishing another job  and he arrived in less than  1 hour.  He wore shoe protectors to avoid leaving any dirt on my floor. Just had to comment on the fantastic sevice, telephoned a number of plumbers with no response, this guy was brilliant said could come out same day but would be 8 o'clock at night, he asked for pictures and rang to say could do 7! Arrived on time,very friendly,had everything with him, did the the job spot on, clean tidy and respectful,what can I say would definitely recommend, would use again without hesitation!
